Returns And Refunds

To ensure your experience is as seamless as possible, we’ve outlined the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase. By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms below, in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
I. 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Verra Living purchase. However, if your item isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions: All return requests must be submitted to support@verraliving.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, unassembled, and in resellable condition. Products returned with damage, scratches, stains, or signs of use will not be eligible for refund.
We do not provide return pickup services. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If original packaging has been discarded, it is your responsibility to repackage the item safely for return. We recommend photographing the item and packaging prior to shipping it back.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Swatch kits
- Clearance or final sale items
II. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the restocking fee and any shipping fees paid.
Refunds will be calculated as:
Refund = Original Purchase Price - 20% Restocking Fee
If the item is returned without original packaging or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to reject the return.
III. Order Changes or Cancellations
To request an order change or cancellation, please email us at support@verraliving.com within 48 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has entered production or been scheduled for dispatch, cancellations are no longer permitted and the standard return process will apply. Any cancellation requests made after this period will be treated as a return and subject to the 20% restocking fee.
Customised, clearance, or final sale items are not eligible for cancellations or refunds.
IV. Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email upon completing your purchase, which includes the items ordered, estimated lead times, and shipping details. Please review your confirmation carefully. If any details are incorrect, notify us within 48 hours. We cannot amend orders after this period.
V. Delivery
Please refer to our Delivery page for information on delivery lead times, costs, and how we coordinate international shipments. While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs clearance or port congestion. Verra Living is not liable for delays beyond our control.
VI. Product Information
We take great care to ensure that all product details, dimensions, and specifications listed on our website are accurate. The information provided is based on data received from our manufacturing partners and undergoes regular checks for clarity and consistency.
However, from time to time, errors may occur. In such instances, we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, including pricing, availability, or product details, at any time — including after an order has been placed.
Some of our pieces are handcrafted or made using natural materials. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, grain, or finish may occur. These differences are part of the material's inherent characteristics and not considered defects.
While we make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, screen displays may vary and affect how colours appear. Therefore, variations in colour due to individual monitor settings are not regarded as faults.
We continuously update our website and may make changes to content, policies, or product listings without prior notice. If any inaccuracy is brought to our attention, we will address and update the relevant information promptly.
VII. As-Is & Clearance Items
Items marked as “Clearance”, “Final Sale”, or “As-Is” are sold in their existing condition and may show minor cosmetic imperfections. By purchasing such items, you acknowledge their condition and agree that they are non-refundable and not eligible for return, exchange, or further discount.
VIII. Promotions & Price Adjustments
We do not offer price protection or retroactive discounts on promotional campaigns or clearance markdowns. All pricing is final at the time of purchase.
