We want your shopping experience to be smooth from order to delivery. This policy outlines what to expect once you place your order, including how and when you’ll receive your items.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to a wide range of international destinations, including Southeast Asia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and most parts of Europe.

Delivery Timeframes
Most of our pieces are made to order and shipped directly from our production facility. Delivery lead times typically follow the estimates below:
- Production for custom made items : 20-25 business days
- Shipping & Delivery: 5-7 weeks depending on location and customs clearance
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details or coordination steps from our team.
Please note that all estimated delivery windows are subject to change due to vessel schedules, port congestion, customs processing, and other external factors. While we aim to deliver your order promptly, delays beyond our control may occasionally occur. We are not liable for delays caused by freight companies, customs inspections, port congestion, or other events beyond our control. While we do our best to communicate tracking updates, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Once production begins or an item is dispatched, we are unable to cancel or refund due to delays.
International customers may be charged duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
Delivery Method
We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to deliver your order to your doorstep. Standard delivery includes ground-level or curbside drop-off. In certain locations, building access limitations may apply.
Please ensure that your delivery address is accessible for large items and that someone is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled window. If a redelivery is required due to missed appointments or access issues, additional charges may apply.
Order Tracking
You will be notified via email once your item has shipped. Depending on your location, tracking may be provided through our logistics partner or coordinated manually via our team. For assistance with tracking or updates, contact us at support@verraliving.com
Packaging & Assembly
All products are securely packed for international shipping. Assembly instructions are included where applicable. Some items may require simple assembly upon arrival.
Please retain the original packaging in case a return is requested. Products must be returned in original packaging to be eligible.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess and work with you on a suitable resolution.
